I’m Emilian Iftimie - a storyteller at heart, a photographer by passion, and, alongside my wife, the co-founder of DEVENTS.
Together, we share a passion for photography, film, travel, music, and the art of preserving meaningful moments. Inspired by the people we meet and the stories we are invited into, we create imagery that feels natural, timeless, and true to each celebration.
Originally from Romania and now based in the United Kingdom for over a decade, we draw inspiration from both cultures, bringing warmth, authenticity, and a considered approach to everything we do.
Our Story
With over 14 years of experience in photography and videography, my work has been shaped through years of practice, workshops, and continuous refinement, developing a style that is both natural and considered. What began as a personal journey has evolved into DEVENTS, a studio built on creativity, trust, and a shared passion for storytelling.
In 2024, my wife joined the business, bringing a new energy and perspective to our work. Together, we offer a seamless and collaborative approach, complementing each other both creatively and professionally.
We are drawn to the individuality of every celebration, the people, the atmosphere, the moments that can’t be repeated. Our role is to document it all with care and intention, creating imagery that feels honest, elegant, and enduring.
Beyond weddings, we work across a range of events, supported by a trusted circle of creative partners, ensuring every experience is thoughtfully curated.
At the heart of it all is the connection we build with our clients. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing those moments come back to life through the images, memories preserved with meaning, to be held onto for years to come.
